What We Inspect and Why

A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer.  Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

Meet Your Inspector

Keith Collins

My name is Keith Collins, I am an InterNACHI certified professional inspector. The education  requirements of both InterNACHI and the state of Arkansas are extensive; I have completed well over 100 hours of class work on all systems of a home and passed numerous required exams. I have over 20 years of experience with maintaining and repairing homes. My family has operated a rental property business since the late 1990’s and I have been heavily involved with the repair and upkeep of dozens of properties, older homes in particular, during that time. I Also have a professional career in the environmental field where I have conducted hundreds of highly technical tests and inspections to ensure compliance with a wide array of federal and state standards. The demands of that industry require an extremely high level of thoroughness and accuracy and I intend to bring that same level of accuracy to my home inspection business.
